MADA PILLARS
Mentorship
MADA provides for an exchange of ideas, networking, support, encouragement, fellowship and goodwill amongst minority administrators of high school athletics.
Community Service
MADA partners with communitiy groups to plan, organize and participate in community giveback efforts.
Education
MADA has partners with local colleges and universities to provide our workshop series, “So you want to be an AD… The A-Z of high school athletic administration”. This initiative gives undergrad and grad students an inside look on what it looks like to be a high school AD.
Scholarship
Each year MADA award scholarships to Student-Athletes from across Ohio.
